Public notice is hereby given that I will, according to law, offer at public sale, at the office of the Treasurer of the County of Custer and State of Colorado, on the 5th day of July, A. D., 1881, and succeeding days, commencing at the hour of 9 o'clok, A. M., of said day, so much of the following described real estate, situate in said county, on which the taxes for the years 1879 and 1880 have not been paid, as shall be necessary to pay said taxes, interest and penalty, to-wit:

Public notice is hereby given that I will, according to law, offer at public sale, at the office of the Treasurer of the county of Custer and state of Colorado, on the 5th day of July, A. D., 1881, and succeeding days, commencing at the hour of 9 o'clock, A. M., of said day, so much of the following described real estate, situate in said county, on which the taxes for the years 1879 and 1880 have not been paid, as shall be necessary to pay said taxes, interest and penalty. The said following described property having been originally advertised in the regular delinquent list of delinquent taxes, but errors having been found in the descriptions as officially published, this is published as an amended and corrected description of said properties, described as follows, to-wit:
